  18. The EXPAND.EXE file found on the distribution disks and CD-ROM of
  19. Windows NT and Windows NT Advanced Server is compressed; therefore, it
  20. cannot be used to expand files.

  22. WORKAROUND
  23. ==========

  25.  - If you can restart (reboot) into MS-DOS, you may be able to use
  26.    EXPAND.EXE from the MS-DOS directory or Windows 3.1 directory to
  27.    expand files from the Windows NT disks or CD-ROM.
